Actual Shipping Fee:
The actual shipping fee will be displayed at checkout once your actual destination address is inserted on the shipping page.
Shipment Processing Times:
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Customs and Import Duties:
Please note that all alcohol products are subject to Cyprus taxation. Additionally, any customs clearance charges that may be incurred during delivery will be the responsibility of the recipient. These charges can vary greatly depending on the country of delivery, and we recommend contacting the local customs office for more information.
Damages and Liability:
We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Europe and Rest of the World Shipping Options:
We offer the following shipping options for Europe and the rest of the world:
Interconnect Premium Service (EPG): 7-14 working days for Europe only
EMS Courier: 4-7 working days for Europe, 7-14 working days for the rest of the world
UPS Courier: 1-2 working days for Europe, 4-5 working days for the rest of the world
Important Notes for UPS Shipments:
UPS has certain restrictions and requirements for delivery. Please note the following:
* UPS does not deliver to individuals in some countries (including the US, Israel, and others) and may require a company name and import license in some cases.
* Additionally, UPS has specific packaging requirements: every package must not exceed 5 Liters per order and alcohol content cannot exceed 70% abv per bottle. If your order does not comply with these rules, then your order will get refunded and cancelled.
Important Notes:
Business days do not include Saturday/Sunday and any public holidays.
These estimates are based on normal circumstances and are not a guarantee of delivery times.

Shipping Time does not include a 1-2 day processing period required to process your order from the date your order is placed.
